Vacation Bible School–The best part of the summer! A fun and rewarding experience for children, VBS teachers, and assistants.
Youth Moment–set aside during every Sunday morning worship hour is a time especially for our Youth (us adults who are still kids at heart enjoy that part of worship as well !!)
Youth Group–Youth Group is back post Pandemic, from 4-6 pm on the the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month.
As our time of only "Virtual Church of the Cross" without in-person gatherings comes to an end, we will once again gather our youth for good times like the above photo from a past Easter Sunday.
Men's Breakfast–our Guys gather for fellowship on the 1st Sunday of every month at 8:00am in Fellowship Hall.
Women's Breakfast–our Gals gather for fellowship on the 1st Sunday of every month at 8:00am at the Paul Revere Restaurant.
Small Groups–Thursday evening small group gatherings held at numerous times throughout the fall, winter, and spring. Sessions start at 7 pm
Adult Sunday School–Each Sunday immediately following our service we offer two Adult Sunday School classes beginning at 10:45 am.
Lexington Child Development Center –COTC proudly partners with the LCDC, an award-winning preschool and daycare.
Prayer Team–Pray for our church, community, and world. Wednesdays at 5:45-7:00pm.
Prayer Shawl Ministry– The Knitting Angels bless others with their handicraft skills the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month from 1:00-2:30pm.
Knotty Ladies– This group of quilters meet on Tuesdays from 9-11 am. The Knotty Ladies donate quilts they have knotted to those in need.
AA- Open Meeting – Fridays at 7:00pm (Fellowship Hall)
AA- 12 Step Meeting – Monday at 7:30pm (Parlor – Education wing)
The Care Team–Help deliver meals and prayers to meet the tangible needs of people in the midst of difficult times.
Food Pantry–We distribute food the 3rd & 4th Thursdays of each month by appointment only.
Praise Team–Our church is blessed with a music director who is not only a talented organist and choir director but is also our gifted Praise Team keyboardist. Interested vocalists and musicians should reach out to our music director Geoff for more information about the worship team.
Chancel Choir–It was WONDERFUL to see and hear our Chancel Choir contributing once again to our worship post Pandemic. We missed you guys!
Bell Choir–Under the direction of Marita Boughton the bell choir adds wonderful musical highlights to many of our Sunday Services fall, winter and spring. The Bell Choir practices from 6:45-7:45pm on Monday nights from September through May.

Food Pantry –We are always looking for volunteers to pack food for the food pantry on Thursday evenings. Call Jodi at 419-884-2150 if you are interested in helping out.
Care Team - We are always looking for volunteers to help out with funeral dinners and to occasionally cook meals for those who are ill or shut-in. If interested, call Jodi at 419-884-2150.
